The Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation, an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, supports a wide array of programs targeted to making high quality, effective care accessible in the United States and throughout the world. As Jonas Salk said, “The greatest reward for doing is the opportunity to do more.” We invite your gift to help us do more.

Donation for an Honor Gift

Pay tribute to a living person or donate a gift in memory of someone special in your life. All unrestricted gifts will be used to support the Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation.

An acknowledgment card will be sent to the honoree or family, so please include the name and address of the person(s) who should receive a card when making your donation.

Declaration to Donors

  4. We will not share donor contact information with other charitable organizations or with for-profit companies.
