NPHF/Procter & Gamble Endowed Scholarship in Gastroenterology

The Application deadline is November 30, 2010.

The NPHF/Procter & Gamble Endowed Scholarship in Gastroenterology is awarded to one (1) nurse practitioner graduate student whose clinical and/or research interests are in the field of gastroenterology. One scholarship will be awarded. Amount of award is $1,000.

(Endowed scholarship through an educational grant from Procter & Gamble.)

Application Instructions:

1. The forms are in a fillable PDF format. Please fill them out online.
2. Print the application forms in their entirety.
3. Gather the rest of the information you need to submit.
4. Order the forms and information according to the checklist.
5. Make 3 copies.
6. Mail the original and the 3 copies to:
